Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at @clewscharlotte926@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom products (e.g., special commissions or personalized prints).

  • Items purchased during a final sale event (clearly marked as Final Sale).

Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if we provide the return label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
