All descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion.

Purchases and Payment

If you wish to purchase any product made available through the Site ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, error in your order, or other reasons.

Shipping and Delivery

We will arrange for the delivery of the products you purchase to the address you specify in your order. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping; please refer to our separate Shipping Policy for more details on this process and filing claims with the carrier.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Artbyclewsch pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content included on the Site, such as images of artwork, text, graphics, logos, button icons, and digital downloads is the property of Artbyclewsch or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

When you purchase a physical piece of artwork (e.g., an original painting or print), you are purchasing the physical item only. The copyright and intellectual property rights in the artwork remain with the artist (Artbyclewsch), unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the artwork without express written permission.
